Common questions
How do reminders work?
On the website, saving a reminder lets you download a calendar file with alerts 60, 30 and 7 days before your promo ends. In the app, reminders are local notifications on your phone at the same intervals. If you don't get one, check that notifications are allowed for Nusi in your phone's settings.
The address suggestions don't show my address.
Suggestions come from a free third-party service (Photon, using OpenStreetMap data) and miss some houses. You can type the whole address and press Look up, which uses the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoder.
Are these deals available at my address?
Not necessarily. Deals shown are not confirmed for your address and may be out of date. Always confirm price and availability with the provider.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete all data. On the website, delete your reminders on the page or clear this site's data in your browser. See the privacy policy.
Does Nusi contact my provider for me?
No. Nusi tracks your promo dates and shows general information. It does not contact providers on your behalf.
